    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On December 13, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC (Mac’s) may appeal a November 6, 2002
    determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406.
    The Agency modified the high priority corrective action plan and budget regarding a leaking
    underground storage tank site at 1952 East Court Street in Kankakee, Kankakee County. The
    Board extends the appeal period until March 11, 2003, as the parties request.
