ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On December 11, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
within which Tri-Town Service, Inc. (Tri-Town) may appeal an October 28, 2002 determination
of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

amended by
P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency denied
part of Tri-Town’s request for reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank Fund
regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 5020 St. Charles Road in Bellwood, Cook
County. The Board extends the appeal period until March 2, 2003, as the parties request.

case and close the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on December 19, 2002, by a vote of 6-0.
