to comply with the procedural require-

ments.

Petitioner responded to this Board Order on January

1978, with a Request for Vacation of Prior Order or in

the Alternative Additional Time

(60 days)

for Filing Amended

Variance.

The Board will hereby dismiss

the Petition for Variance

without prejudice.

Rather than confine Petitioner

to arti-

ficial time limits, Petitioner may refile a Petition for

Variance when the proper information becomes available.
