    Respondent Environmental Protection
    Agency filed a Motion for Leave to File its Recommendation
    in PCB 77-231.
    The Motion is hereby granted and the Recommenda-
    tion is ordered filed.
    On January 13,
    1978, Paxton Landfill Corporation filed
    a Motion to Continue the Hearings until March 10,
    1978.
    In
    an Order of this date,
    the Board ordered consolidation of
    the above-captioned cases, subject to the filing
    of
    an
    open
    waiver of decision by Paxton on or before February 1,
    1978,
    in PCB 77—231.
    The Board hereby grants the Motion for Continuance of
    the Hearing
    to March
    10,
    1978.
    If the waiver is not filed
    on or before February
    1,
    1978, the hearing in PCB 77—231
    shall be held no later than February
    8,
