ORDER OF THE BOARD

On May 13,
1977 Petitioner
filed a waiver of the
90 day
decision period
in this case until two weeks after the Board
takes final action
in B.F, Goodrich v. EPA, PCB 77-120.
On
August
4,
1977 the Board ordered that the proceedings in PCB
77-120 be stayed pending final action in the regulatory pro-
ceeding designated as R77—3.
The Board’s Order on August
4,
1977 was entered pursuant to Petitioner’s request.
Petitioner
is also one of the proponents
in R77-3.
On October 25,
1977;
November
17,
1977; and January
4, 1978 Petitioner filed specific
waivers which set firm dates
for decision by the Board.
On its own motion the Board hereby orders that the above
referenced specific waivers be ignored.
The original waiver
filed by Petitioner on May 13, 1977
shall continue to be ef-
fective unless and until the Board rules that it can be with-
drawn.
