Pursuant
to Section 9.1 of the Environmental Protection Act,
the Board
is required to adopt amendments “in substance
identical”
to
the federal NSPS amendments.
The Board will
do
so
through
incorporation by reference of the federal amendment as
a
peremptory amendment.
On June 10,
1987,
the Board
adopted
a Resolution and Order
under docket R87—17 pursuant
to notice
(52 Fed.
Reg.
21003)
incorporating the
federal amendment
into
35
Ill. Adm. Code
230.
Subsequent
to this Order,
the Board has been informed that the
source incorporating the amendment was incorrect.
Therefore,
the
Board will amend
its Resolution and Order of June
10, 1987,
to
reflect
the correct reference.
