 Young):
This matter comes before the Board on
 a Motion for
Continuance in excess of
 45 days submitted by the Peti-
tioner on March 17,
 1978, during the first hearing of
this variance proceeding.
 The Motion would suspend the
proceeding for Petitioner
 to explore
 the feasibility of
an alternative means for compliance.
The Board will not provide Petitioner with
 a variance
by continuance; but the Board will allow Petitioner
 to
file an amendment to its Petition with an
 adeciuate
 means
and schedule for compliance.
 If the Petitioner fails
 to
comply with this Order within
 90 days,
 the Petition for
Variance will be dismissed as
 inadequate.
