    This matter ~comes before the Board upon a July
    20, 1987,
    motion to dismiss
    filed
    by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency filed an administrative citation
    on
    June
    19,
    1987.
    Apparently, prior
    to that filing,
    the Respondent
    endeavored
    to and did complete the project
    of
    removing the waste
    disposed
    on an unpermitted site
    to
    a permitted sanitary
    landfill.
    The Agency states that the administrative citation
    should
    not have
    been filed
    and,
    therefore,
    seeks dismissal.
    ~he
    Agency’s motion
    is hereby granted,
    and this proceeding
    is
    dismissed.
