On April

24,

1978 Complainants moved the Board to

assess costs against the Respondent for failure

to answer

certain interrogatories

in a timely fashion,

Complainants’

costs were incurred from travel.

Procedural

Rule 701(a) provides that the Board may

assess costs incurred in obtaining an Order from the

Hearing Officer compelling an opposing party

to answer a

discovery request.

Since there is no provision

in Rule 701(a)

enabling the Board to assess any other costs associated

with discovery,

this motion for costs

is hereby denied.
