Petitioners are hereby granted variance from Rules 604,

951 and 962 of Chapter 3: Water Pollution Control Rules and

Regulations, to allow sanitary sewer extensions for a 93.6

acre residential housing development known as “Tinkers” to

the St. Charles Sewage Treatment Plant in St. Charles, Illinois.
