    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Goodman):
    On September 28,
    1978, Respondent filed a Motion Concerning
    Confidential Documents.
    Respondent requests two orders from the
    Board:
    1)
    that Respondent be permitted to withdraw the
    documents identified as item 1(a)
    in its Applica-
    tion for Non-Disclosure and
    2)
    that the Agency1s and Attorney General’s
    representatives who inspect Respondent’s documents
    identified as
    iteris
    1(a)
    through 1(f) be limited
    to one or two specified individuals who sign a
    written undertaking that they will hold in confi-
    dence any information that they obtain from said
    documents.
    The Board hereby grants
    the first request and permits
    Respondent to withdraw iten 1(a).
    However,
    the Board finds that
    the second requested Order detailed above is unnecessary in
    light
    of the Board’s September 21 Order herein.
    The
    second request is,
    therefore,
    denied.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
