    BOARD

    On September 18,
    1978 Petitioner requested a variance
    from the requirements of Rule 204 of the Board’s Air Pollution
    Control Regulations.
    The Petition is insufficient in two
    respects.
    First,
    it fails to assess the environmental impact
    of the requested relief as required by Procedural Rule 401(a) (7).
    Second,
    it fails to specifically request or waive a hearing
    as required by Procedural Rule 401(b).
    If these inadequacies
    are not corrected within 45 days of the date of this Order,
    this matter will be subject to dismissal.
    The statutory ninety
    day decision period shall run from the date the Petition is
    amended.
