OF THE BOARD

On September 12,

1978 Petitioner requested a variance

from the requirements of Rule 205(f)

of the Board’s Air

Pollution Control Regulations.

The Petition is insufficient

in two respects.

First,

it fails

to assess the environmental

impact of the requested relief as required by Procedural Rule

401 (a) (7).

Second,

it fails

to specifically request or waive

a hearing as required by Procedural Rule 401(b).

I.f these

inadequacies are not corrected within 45 days of the date of

this Order, this matter will be subject to dismissal.

The

ninety day statutory decision period shall run from the date

the Petition is amended.
