On July 20,
1978, the Hen House Restaurant Treatment Plant
filed a Petition for Variance with the Board for relief from
the requirements of Rules 203 (c)
and 203
(f)
(ammonia nitrogen)
of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution Regulations.
The Petition is
inadequate for failure to provide an adequate description of
the existing equipment as required by Procedural Rule 401(a)
(6).
The Petition also fails to include
a sufficient effluent
and water quality data to ascertain the environmental impact
of this discharge as required by Procedural Rule 401(a) (7).
Petitioner will be granted
45 days from the date of this
Order to amend this Petition or it will be dismissed as
inadequate.
The 90-day period will begin with the filing
of thej&jnended Petition.
