    On May

    the City of Belvidere filed a variance
    petition before the Board.
    On Nay 11,
    1978, the Board ordered
    the City to amend its petition within
    45 days of the Order
    to
    correct certain inadequacies.
    The City has not submitted an
    amended petition.
    The Board,
    therefore, dismisses the petition
    as inadequate.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
