(by Mr. Young):
On May

the Village of Bloomingdale filed a
Petition for Variance which was amended on June

On June 23,
1978, the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency filed a Motion to Join Additional Parties, pursuant
to Rules
303(c) and 309 of the Board’s Procedural Rules.
The Motion asks that 280 other dischargers in the planning
area serviced by the Northeastern Illinois Planning Com-
mission be added
in order that a complete determination
of the issues involved can be had and that such joinder
will result in a convenient and expeditious resolution
of an issue which necessarily would otherwise be individually
raised by each of the dischargers.
The Motion to Join Additional Parties will be granted;
the statutory period for decision as to the added parties
shall begin with the date of this Order.
Any
additional
party not desiring to be joined will be dismissed on their
motion to the Board.
The matter shall be set for hearing.
Pursuant to the Agency’s Supplement to their Motion to Join
