    On
    June 21,
    1978 Harold Broverman and Theodora Baker moved
    the Board set aside its Order entered herein on June
    8,
    1978
    denying a Petition for Intervention
    in this case.
    Upon notice
    by Complainant Environmental Protection Agency that it has no
    objection to the said intervention,
    the Board hereby reconsiders
    its June
    8,
    1978 decision and revokes the Order.
    Harold Broverrnan
    and Theodora Baker are hereby granted intervention in this cause
    under Rule 310 of the Board’s Procedural rules.
    Petitioners Motion for Stay of any and all proceedings
    against haulers patronizing Taylorville Landfill is hereby denied.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
