1978 Petitioner moved the Board

to clarify

its Order dated November

2,

1978.

Petitioner has assumed that an

interim standard of

30 mg/i BOD and

30 mg/i suspended solids should

be required as a condition of this variance.

It

is the intention

of the Board that an interim effluent standard should be set by

the Agency based on the application of best practicable operation

and maintenance practices in the existing facilities.
