On April
4,
1978 Commonwealth Edison Company filed a
Petition pursuant to Rule 203(i) (5)
of Chapter
3: Water Pollution
of the Board’s Rules and Regulations.
A report was attached in
support of the Petition.
A hearing was held on August 15,
1978 at
the Board’s Chicago office.
The record does not contain any theoretical plume studies
either for all four seasons
for typical and worst case condi-
tions or which identify isotherms at 3°Fahrenheit intervals
down to ambient temperature indicating three dimensional effects.
There
is also no assessment of the impact on other animal life
(wildfowl, amphibians,
etc.)
in the area or on recreation.
This
information is required by Procedural Rules 602(c) (2)
and
