May 3,

1979, Interlake,

Inc.,

filed

a Motion for Trans-

mittal

of Omitted Portions of the

Record

in the instant permit

appeal,

requesting

that the Agency submit to the Board certain

documents

which Interlake alleges had been omitted from the

record transmitted to the

Board.

The Agency responded on May

10,

1979,

that

it had not yet verified whether the documents

identified

by Interlake were indeed part of the record before

the Agency when the

permit in question was denied.

The Board

hereby orders

the Agency to determine which documents identi-

fied

by Interlake

in its

Motion were part of the Agency’s

record in this matter and to transmit such documents to the

Board.

On May

22,

1979, Interlake also filed a Response to Agreed

Order requesting that the Board continue the hearing

in this

matter to a date

no later than August 22,

1979.

That request

is hereby granted.
