The Board finds that

without authority

to grant the relief sought in the Motion

for Replacing Complainant3s Attorney and that the Motion for

Relief

is not an appropriate Motion under Rule 334 in that

its allegations relate

to events which occurred after the

Board entered its final action in this matter.

All three

motions are hereby denied.
