ORDER OF THE BOARD

Satchell):
On September 21, 1977 the Hearing Officer in this and the
related cases PCB 78—247 and PCB 79-111 filed
a motion for
authority to set hearing dates and related matters.
The Hearing
Officer’s authority to grant continuances under Procedural Rules
307 and 311 will soon expire.
The motion sets forth that the
parties need additional time for discovery but will be ready for
a hearing in January or February,
1980.
On September 24,
1979
the Environmental Protection Agency filed a response indicating
no objection to the motion.
The motion is granted.
The Hearing Officer shall have
authority to permit additional discovery, grant continuances
and hearings through March
1,
1980.
