    is hereby ordered to submit Mr. Massion for
    deposition
    in the manner specified
    in the hearing officer’s
    subpoena,
    including that Deponent take with him the documents
    listed in the attachment to the subpoena.
    Respondent
    is hereby ordered to submit for deposition any
    of those employees listed in Respondent’s Supplemental Answer
    31(b)
    to Complainant’s First Set of Interrogatories unless
    they left the employ of Respondent before the date of the hear-
    ing officer’s order, August
