ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Goodman):
On March 27,
1979,
the Environmental Protection Agency
filed a Motion to Consolidate the above—captioned proceedings.
On March 28,
1979,
the Agency filed
a Memorandum in Support
of Motion to Consolidate,
in which it argues that the records
of the hearings
in these three cases, taken as a whole,
show
that the three sets of proposed regulations are interdependent
in that the Agency
is relying upon all three to make the
necessary showing for approval
of the proposed SIP revisions
by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The Board finds that these three proceedings do involve
interrelated issues and that
consolidation is appropriate.
The Motion to Consolidate
is hereby granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

Control Board, hereby cer ify the above Order was a~ptedon
