    On August 24,
    1979 Petitioner moved the Board to stay
    the following terms and conditions of NPDES
    Permit No.
    1L0004171 pending the outcome of this matter:
    a.
    in attachment B—i,
    iron and copper load and concentration
    limits and sampling requirements;
    h.
    in attachment B—6,
    the requirement that sampling
    be performed at a point representative of the
    discharge but prior to entry
    into the receiving
    stream;
    c.
    in attachment 8-8(a),
    all twice monthly sampling
    requirements;
    d.
    in attachment 8-8(f),
    total suspended solids
    concentration limits and sampling requirements
    e.
    in attachment B—8(f), all sampling requirements
    during periods of floods;
    f.
    in attachment B—8(g), pH limits;
    g.
    in attachment B-40,
    load limits for total suspended
    solids,
    iron (total), and oil
    and grease and the
    sampling requirement for total suspended solids
    and the pH limits;
    and
    h.
    in attachment
    H,
    standard conditions
    3,
    7,
    8,
    27,
    28, and 29.
    Petitioner also asked that all of the above listed
    conditions which may be upheld not be effective until
    30
    days after the T3oard’s final decision
    in this matter.
    The motion is hereby granted in all respects.
