    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On May 15, 1979 Petitioner requested a stay of certain
    conditions
    in NPDES Permit No.
    IL0021407 pending the Board’s
    final
    decision in this matter.
    The motion is hereby granted
    for the
    following terms and conditions:
    1)
    In Attachment A on page
    2 of the permit,
    a)
    all mass limitations and
    b)
    all effluent limitations for mercury,
    lead,
    nickel, oil,
    and polychlorinated biphenyls;
    2)
    In Attachment A on page
    3 of the permit, the pH
    limitation except pH shall remain in the range
    5.0 to
    10.0;
    3)
    In Attachment C on pages
    5 and 6 of the permit, all
    interim dates;
    4)
    In Attachment G on page
    7 of the permit, the requirement
    to monitor any new toxic
    substances
    as defined by the
    FWPCA following notification by the Agency;
    and
    5)
    In Attachment H of the permit,
    a)
    paragraph 7(a),
    b)
    paragraph 21(c)
    c)
    paragraph
    22 and
    d)
    paragraphs
    27,
    28, and 29 to the extent they
    could be construed as
    limitations on Petitioner’s
    right to pursue future NPDES permit appeals.
    This Order should not be construed as permission to
    exceed any of the standards or limitations
    in Chapter
    3: Water
    Pollution.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
