ORDER OF THE BOARD

On January 29, 1981 the Village of Sauget and the City of
East St. Louis
filed a second amended petition for regulatory
change in response to the Board’s Orders of October 30,
1980 and
January
8, 1981.
The Board will authorize hearings on the proposal
which appears below.
This will be tentatively denominated Proposed
Rule 452 of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution.

Limited Exemption for the City of East St. Louis from Rule 602
The discharge from the sewer system of the City of East St.
Louis,
as described below, shall not be subject to the provisions of sub-
paragraphs
(a),
(c)
or
(d)
of Rule 602 or to the provisions of
Rule 404(b)
of Chapter
3 as regards BOD5 and Total Suspended
Solids.
The discharge is located in Lots 305 and/or 306 of Sixth
Subdivision of Cahokia Commons and also
in the Northwest One-
Quarter, Section 23, Township Two North,
Range Ten West,
of the
Third Principal Meridian, and can be defined as being at Mississippi
River Nile Number 178.7.
