    On January
    8,
    1981,
    the Board directed that second notice
    of these proposed rules be sent to the Joint Committee on Adminis-
    trative
    Rules, noting that no public comment had been received.
    On January 13, 1981 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) filed late comments;
    on January 14r
    1981 it moved the
    Board to reconsider its Order.
    Because of an earlier filing mixup,
    the Board finds that it
    overlooked comments filed December 22,
    1980,
    The Board therefore
    vacates
    its Order of January
    8.
    Appropriate action will be taken
    after evaluation of all comment currently on file with the Board,
    including the Agency’s two filings; no further comment will be
    accepted.
