    ORDER OF THE BOARD by (J.D, Durrielle):
    On October 14, 1980, River Oaks Village filed a petition
    which was construed as a petition for variance. The Board
    issued a more information order on October 30, 1980, ordering
    the Village to cure defects in the petition by submitting
    an amended petition to the Board within 45 days of the date
    of that order.
    Since no such amendment has been received, the case
    is hereby dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
