On December 10,
1980 GTE Automated Electric Incorporated
(GTE)
filed a Variance Petition to allow the operation of
its degreasers at its Northlake facility until July
1,
1981.
That petition is defective under Rule 401 of Chapter
1:
Procedural Rules,
in the following respects:
1.
The rule from which variance
is requested is not
cited;
2.
There is no allegation of environmental effects;
3.
No data has been submitted showing non—compliance;
and
4.
Hearing is neither requested nor waived under Rule
401(b).
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days of
the
date of this order curing the above—noted defects, the petition
will he subject to dismissal,
