    (Consolidated)
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
On August 15, 1986, Waste Management
    of Illinois,
    Inc.
    (WMI)
    filed
    a proposal
to amend existing Parts 807 and 809.
    The Board
    on
its own motion waives the 200 signature requirement
    of 35
    Ill.
    Adm. Code 102.121.
    Consistent with the Board’s Order
    of April
18, 1985 stating that proposal alternative
    to the Agency’s May
    31,
1984 (Docket A) proposal and the Illinois State Chamber of
    Commerce
    (Docket B) proposal
    “would proceed
    as sequential
    subdockets”,
    the WMI proposal will
    be known as R84—17, Docket
    C.
    Given
“the cumulative nature of this proceeding” and again
    consistent with
    the April
    18, 1985 Order,
    the records in Docket A
and B are incorporated into that of Docket
    C,
    and the three
    dockets are consolidated.
    In accepting this proposal,
    the Board wishes
    to note that it
anticipates that WMI will present supporting testimony
    expeditiously,
    as the Board
    has placed
    a high priority on
    this
    and other waste—related dockets.
    Finally,
    the Board expresses
    its appreciation for
    WMI’s
    voluntary service
    of this proposal
    to
persons on the notice list on the date of filing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
