    On August 12,
    1986,
    the Village of Lemont (“Lemont”) filed a
    Motion for Reconsideration of the Board’s July 31,
    1986, denial
    of variance in this matter.
    The August 12, 1986, motion seeks
    reconsideration and sufficient time to develop a compliance
    method.
    On August 20, l986a~ Lernont filed an Amended Motion for
    Reconsideration,
    again seeking additional time to file
    a
    compliance method and compliance committments.
    On August
    20 and
    21, 1986,
    the Board received three objections to the motion for
    reconsideration.
    The motion for reconsideration and the amended motion for
    reconsideration are denied,
    as
    they present no new issues
    of fact
    or law.
    If Lernont wishes
    to seek variance relief based
    on new
    compliance options and committments,
    it must do so in
    a new
    proceeding.
