    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On March
    21,
    1986,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency and the Marathon Petroleum Company filed a joint status
    report requesting additional
    time to complete settlement
    discussions.
    They indicated that an additional
    90 days should be
    adequate.
    That period has long since passed with no further
    action.
    Therefore,
    the Board hereby orders that hearing
    be
    scheduled within 30 days and held within
    60 days
    of the date
    of
    this matter.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
