1979 the Board retained jurisdiction

in this proceeding in the event that changes were required

as a result of the rulemaking procedures under the Illinois

Administrative Procedure Act.

On November20,

1979 the Joint Committee on Administrative

Rules objected to the amendments as beyond the scope of the

Board’s authority.

The Boar~ihereby refuses to modify or

withdraw the amendments.
