The Board
finds
the November
7,
1979 petition by the
Village of
Addision herein to be deficient under Board Pro-
cedural Rule 401.
Deficiencies include the type
of relief
sought,
length of variance requested,
description of the
facility in question, quantity and types of material discharged
and identity of
receiving water,
the nature and extent of
failure
to meet the Regulations, assessment of the environ-
mental impact,
permit status,
alternative methods
of compliance
available,
actions
to be taken to minimize the impact of the
potential variance, and why immediate compliance would impose
an arbitrary and unreasonable hardship.
Petitioner shall remedy
the deficiencies noted within 45 days of the date of this Order
or this petition shall he subject to dismissal for inadequacy.
