    PROPOSED RULE. FIRST NOTICE.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by I. Goodman):
    Chapter 6: Public Water Supplies with the amendments
    proposed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and
    the Board and in codified form is sent to First Notice pursuant
    to Section 5.01 of the Illinois Administrative Procedures Act.
    Prior to this First Notice Period, the Small Business Office
    of the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs was con-
    tacted pursuant to Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 127, §4.03, 1979, as
    amended. Prior to the two public hearings in this rulemaking,
    the Illinois Municipal League was informed that this rulemaking
    may have an impact on some of its members who publically or
    privately operate small public water supplies.
    Comments are solicited regarding this rulemaking for
    the 45-day period following publication of these proposed
    rules in the Illinois Register.
