    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by

    Anderson):
    This petition, filed February
    16, 1982, seeks relief from
unspecified regulations somehow relating to sewage treatment
    plant effluent.
In addition to the failure to specify the Board
    rules from which variance
    is requested,
    the petition fails
    a)
either to request hearing, or to waive hearing and include an
affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts alleged, h)
    to
specify the time for which variance is requested (the Board
cannot grant a permanent variance), and c) generally to address
the request and resulting hardship with specificity.
    If an
    amended petition correcting these deficiencies
    is not filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will
    be subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
