    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
    This matter is before the Board on a motion to dismiss (motion) filed by the parties on August 20, 1999.
    The parties seek dismissal of this citizen enforcement case involving violations allegedly resulting from
    respondent’s operation of a DuPage County, Illinois, gasoline station. The parties indicate that they have reached a
    settlement agreement, and have attached the agreement to the motion.
    In addition, the parties seek to withdraw a previously filed stipulation, motion, and order to dismiss, that
    was filed with the Board on August 10, 1999.
    The request to withdraw the previously filed stipulation, motion, and order to dismiss is granted.
    Dismissal of the citizen enforcement case is also granted and this docket is closed.
