    continuance of the time for the scheduling and holding of hearing
    in this matter for the purpose of gathering further information,
    stating that the Agency has no objection.
    The motion is granted.
    Pursuant to petitioner’ waiver, the 90 day decision period is
    extended for another 40 days.
