The Order of May 14,
1981 under R80-17 and PCB 81-82
is incorp-
orated herein.
Discharges to Lake Clinton from Illinois Power Company,
from
Soyland Power Cooperative,
Inc., and from Western Illinois Power
Cooperative, Inc.
shall not exceed an effluent temperature of 96°F,
except that during such time as only one generating unit is
in
operation at the Clinton Power Station,
the daily average discharge
temperature shall not exceed 99°Fduring more than
12 per cent of
the hours
in twelve-month periods ending with any month and shall
at no time exceed 108.3°F.
