    stay the Board’s February

    1981 Order
    in this matter.
    On May
    11,
    1981 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    filed an objection to that motion except as to Paragraph 2(b)
    of the order regarding the payment of a $500 penalty.
    Caseyville’s motion is hereby denied except
    as to Paragraph
    2(b) of the Board’s February 19,
    1981 Order
    for which a stay
    is granted until the appeal of this matter has been decided.
