On April
29,
1981 H.J. Bergman Builders,
Inc.
(Bergman)
filed a petition for variance from Sections 12(b)
and 39(a)
of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act and Rule 962(a)
of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution.
Such a variance would allow
Bergman to construct and operate a sewer extension connecting
its housing project
to the City of Pontiac sewage system.
Pursuant to Procedural Rules 309 and 303(c), the Board
hereby orders the City of Pontiac to be a party to this action
and that Bergman shall serve process according to Procedural
Rule 305(a).
