ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.D. Dumelle):
On April
23,
1981 the United States Postal Service wrote
a letter to the Board requesting an extension of
6 months
from the July 1,
1981 compliance date for installation of
vapor recovery systems on fuel tanks of greater than 2000
gallon capacity.
The Board construes this as a petition for
variance, but also finds that petition to be wholly inadequate
under the Board’s Procedural Rules.
This action is hereby dismissed although leave
is granted
to refile properly.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Control Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted
