This petition, filed April
23, 1981,
is deficient in
two respects.
First, petitioners have waived hearing, but the petition does not include
an affidavit affirming
the truth of the facts alleged
in
the petition.
Second, the petitioners request variance to allow hook-on to a sewage
treatment plant,
but the owner of the sewage treatment plant, a necessary
party to
this action, has not been joined as a party petitioner or
respondent.
If an amended petition curing these deficiencies has not been filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will
be subject
to dismissal.
