    That petition is deficient in
    that hearing is neither requested nor waived as required by
    Procedural Rule 401(b).
    Unless an amended petition is filed by Kennedy School
    within 45 days of the date of this Order correcting the
    above—noted deficiency,
    this petition will he subject
    to
    dismissal.
