to this motion.

The motion to modify is untimely, and is therefore denied.

Construing the motion as a petition for variance, the Board finds

that it fails to contain most of the information required by

Procedural Rule 401.

If an amended petition remedying the

deficiencies

is not filed within 45 days of the date of this

Order,

this petition will be subject to dismissal.
