The Board having published the instant Agency proposal in the

Environmental Register #234 of March 18,

1981,

it is hereby ordered

that written statements may be submitted through May 15,

1981 to

the Clerk of the Board.

No hearing is required by §26 of the Act.

Upon the close of the comment period, the Board, after adopting

any amendments deemed necessary to accomplish the purposes of the

Act, will initiate the first and second notice periods pursuant

to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
