On August 20, 1981 the Board proposed to codify Chapter

5:

Agriculture Related Pollution

as Chapter I,

Subtitle E of

Title 35 of

the Illinois Administrative Code.

A draft

of the

proposed codified rules was made available to the public.

Notice was provided in Environmental Register #243, August 26,

1981,

The

45

day comment period has now expired.

The Board

has received coniments only from Illinois State Library on

matters of form.

The Board hereby adopts the draft with changes recommended

by the State Library.

The Clerk is directed to prepare a text

for filing and for publication in the Illinois Register pursuant

to the provisions for codification without substantive change

14,078, 14,204).

The notice to be published in the Illinois

Register requires

only an outline of headings of new sections and a conversion

table of old

and

codified

rules.

A copy of this notice will be

attached to
