    Petitioner Donald 3.
    Hamman filed an
    objection to motion for rehearing and a motion for reconsideration
    of the Board’s Order of February 19,
    1981.
    On March
    12,
    1981,
    the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed
    a response and on
    March
    16,
    1981 intervenor Harry Mathers,
    et al.,
    filed a motion for
    additional
    time to respond.
    On March 17,
    1981,
    petitioner filed
    a response
    in opposition.
    The motion for additional time and the
    motion for reconsideration are denied.
    On March
    5,
    1981,
    Chuck Lampton and Cindy Pentzien filed a
    petition to intervene and a motion for reconsideration
    of the
    Board’s Opinion and Order of January
    8,
    1981.
    On March
    16, 1981
    Petitioner filed an objection to the petition to intervene and
    motion for reconsideration.
    A public hearing has been scheduled
    for April
    3,
    1981 for
    the purpose of receiving evidence of interested citizens and
    intervenors.
    Petitioner may renew his objections to the rehearing
    after the transcript of this hearing has been received.
    Chuck
    Lampton and Cindy Pentzien will be granted status as intervenors
    for the purpose
    of participation in this hearing.
    The Board nob~s
    petitioner’s objections to the intervention and will rule upon
    these also after the hearing.
