On January 11,

the Illinois
Environniental Protection Agency (Agency)
filed a motion to modify that Order pursuant to Procedural
Rule 334(a),
correctly pointing out
that the
Board had inad-
vertently neglected to
impose

condition.
That motion is granted
and the
November 19,
1981 Board Order
in this matter is
hereby modified
by addir~

Within forty—five days
of
the date
of this Order,

City of Peru shall execute ~nd

Environmental Protection Agency,
2200 Churchill
Road,
Springfield,
Illinois 62706,
a Certificate of acceptance
and agreement to be bound
to
all
terms and conditions
of this variance.
This forty—five day period shall be
held
in
abeyance
for
any
period
during
which
this
matter
is being
appealea.
The
